Jeddah & Riyadh: 2 to 3 working days (delivery until 8PM).
Makkah, Medina & Taif: 3 to 5 working days.
Other cities: 5 to 7 working days.
Please note that under exceptional circumstances, the delivery time could be affected. Our team will inform you of any delay that might occur.
Alternative delivery date can be arranged if delivery failed on delivery date. Please contact our Customer Care (+966) 800 301 0025.
RETURNS
لا يمكن استبدال المنتج (المنتجات) المشتراة أونلاين من خلال متجر شانيل الإلكتروني أو إرجاعه في أي نقطة بيع تابعة لشانيل.
For CHANEL e-shop product(s) exchange or return, kindly contact our Customer Care (+966) 800 301 0025 within maximum (15) fifteen days from receiving the order, and a Customer Care advisor will assist with your request.
Product(s) must be returned in the same condition as received in its original box and packaging unopened. Exchange or return request for opened or used product(s) will not be accepted.
If all the conditions are satisfied, you will be refunded of the return product(s) within 10 business days depending on the different payment providers.
