1. How can I contact CHANEL?

Our Customer Care for the CHANEL e-shop will be delighted to give you personalized advice and to answer your questions by phone: (+966) 800 301 0025. You may contact the Customer Care by phone every day (including public holidays) from 9 am to 9 pm. You may also send an email to the following address: e-shop-ksa@chanel.com.

2. Where do you deliver?

CHANEL e-shop delivers to all Saudi addresses. For any inquiries regarding delivery options, kindly contact our Customer Care (+966) 800 301 0025. Orders may not be delivered to P.O. boxes, AFO/FPO addresses or to any address outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3. How do I order online?

After selecting the product you wish to order through the CHANEL e-shop, please click "add to cart" and indicate your desired quantity. You may view and edit the content of your cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon found at the top right corner of all pages on the website. By clicking "view cart," you will be able to validate or edit your cart and then proceed to checkout. Once your payment has been made, a confirmation page will appear with your order number indicating your order has been received. A confirmation of the order will also be sent to your e-mail address.

4. Can I edit my shipping details after placing an order?

If you would like to edit your address or phone number after your order has been confirmed, kindly call our Customer Care (+966) 800 301 0025.

5. What are my payment options? Can I pay using an international credit card?

We only accept payment via debit or credit card, including MADA, MasterCard and Visa. You must be the cardholder of the card used for purchase.

6. When will my payment be processed?

Once the online transaction is completed, your card will be charged automatically upon order validation.

7. I'm having trouble with my credit card information for my online order

If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, we kindly encourage you to double check card details such as expiration date, CVV or security code before attempting a new payment. Kindly note some financial institutions require customers to activate their card for online shopping and may set daily spend limit. 8. How do I access my invoice?

You will receive a printed copy of your invoice with your order in your parcel.

9. How will my order be packaged?

Every order is prepared with the utmost care and delivered in an iconic CHANEL packaging.

10. Can I place an order by phone?

11. Can I cancel my CHANEL e-shop order?

Our Customer Care (+966) 800 301 0025 will assist you to cancel your order. Kindly note that once your order has been processed any cancellation will be considered as a return, please refer to the return section below.

12. How can I track my order?

Returns & Refunds

1. How can I return or exchange a CHANEL e-shop product(s)?

Product(s) purchased online through CHANEL e-shop cannot be exchanged or returned at any CHANEL point of sales. For CHANEL e-shop product(s) exchange or return, kindly contact our Customer Care (+966) 800 301 0025 within maximum (14) fourteen days from receiving the order, and a Customer Care advisor will assist with your request. Product(s) must be returned in the same condition as received in its original box and packaging unopened. Exchange or return request for opened or used product(s) will not be accepted.

If all the conditions are satisfied, you will be refunded of the return product(s) within (10) ten business days depending on the different payment providers.
